Enjoy a wide variety of meals at nearby dining options just minutes away. The City of Fort Lauderdale is known for its beaches and boating canals, offering a recreation-rich lifestyle with upscale outdoor restaurants, bars, and boutiques. Enjoy shopping on Las Olas Boulevard or revel in fine dining at a top-rated restaurant. There are a number of transportation options available in this area, including the Sun Trolley Hop-on Bus, the Broward BCycle Bike Share System, the water taxi, Uber, Lyft, and cab services. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. The pool gets serviced weekly, and after it rains, there may be some debris that washes into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. If you're bringing a dog, please be sure to let the host know the breed and size of your furry friend. A pet fee and a refundable pet deposit are required before check-in, and all waste must be disposed of properly during your stay. Any damages found may incur additional fees. We can accommodate a maximum of 2 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed one per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am. Also, keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. Please note that, after it rains, there may be a few small bugs in the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored. Please take out the trash and dispose of it properly per instructions upon departure. All trash must be bagged and placed in the proper receptacle. Any violation of this rule may result in additional fees up to $200. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence!
