The home features a chef’s kitchen with modern appliances, indoor and outdoor dining areas, a private salt-water pool with a heat option, an outdoor movie theatre, a billiard lounge and sun-room, a game paradise with bowling and mini-golf, a pickleball and multi-sports court, a jungle gym, corn hole, an outdoor lounge, an indoor arcade, a foosball table, and slide-bunk beds. If you would like to add pool heating, the cost is $50 per day of stay and requires at least a week's notice. We welcome one house-trained dog with written notification and approval, and a pet fee is applied. Located just 5 minutes from downtown Largo for shops, cafés, and nightlife, this home is also 15 minutes from Sand Key Park and St. Pete-Clearwater Airport, and 20 minutes from Clearwater Beach and Ruth Eckerd Hall. The property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Up to 4 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway and up to one car may park on the street in front of the house. Please wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. No fireworks of any kind are allowed. No firearms are allowed on the property, unless kept locked in a vehicle. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Each bathroom will have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap. In the laundry room, enough detergent pods are provided for up to two loads. In the kitchen, there is a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and a sponge. There is a coffee maker, salt, pepper, and cooking oil available for use. There is a camera on the driveway and the side yard monitoring for access from the gate. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. The property is professionally sprayed for pests. Pool floats are not provided. After it rains, there may be a few small bugs that wash off the screen and into the pool and the pool may appear slightly discolored.
