Bringing undisclosed pets into the unit may result in a minimum $500 fine and cancellation of your stay without refund. If a smoke detector is tampered with or triggered due to smoking, guests will be fined $2,500 and removed from the property immediately without refund. Unauthorized guests will result in a $500 fine per person, immediate removal from the property, and cancellation of the reservation without refund. All units are equipped with a smart lock or lockbox system. Access details will be shared via email or text message 24 hours prior to check-in, but only after the pre-check-in form and identity verification are completed. The townhouse includes a dedicated work station with a standing desk, perfect for remote work. Fast Wi-Fi at 300+ Mbps is ideal for streaming, remote work, or video calls. A laptop computer is not included.
