Located on the first floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit A includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a modern bathroom with a walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent to the door. The common areas offer plenty of sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic marble flooring, playful galactic decor, and brand new furniture and appliances including a dishwasher. In the lounge area, you'll find a leather couch and two armchairs to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the inviting kitchen is fully stocked with a Milky Way breakfast bar providing seating for four. This unit is an ideal landing pad to take advantage of all the area has to offer. While we love all furry friends, only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet, per stay. 400 South is a newly renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to the ocean, perfect for daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from your front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around! Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area. Downtown area is within walking distance! To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials like paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests.
