Free parking is available to guests in the garage and driveway. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests.

Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway.
