Parties or large unauthorized gatherings are not allowed. Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
