All bathrooms are stocked with quality shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and hair dryers for your convenience. We welcome one dog only (up to 60 lbs) for a fee of $100 per stay. This fee helps cover the additional cleaning required for pet hair. If any waste beyond hair (such as urine or feces) is found, an additional $200 cleaning fee will be charged. Guests are responsible for cleaning up after their pet and dogs should not be left unattended in the home, as barking may disturb neighbors. Dogs are not allowed in the pool. Ensure all doors are closed when the AC is running. Keep the umbrellas closed when not in use to prevent damage and ensure safety during windy conditions. Contactless, 24/7 check-in is available, allowing access to the property at your leisure, day or night. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 10 AM. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in immediate eviction without refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed indoors, including cigarettes, marijuana, or e-cigarettes. Any cleaning or damage costs will be charged to the primary guest. Pets must be on leashes in unenclosed areas. No dogs in the pool.
