For your convenience, a washer and dryer are available. One bedroom features four bunk beds, two bedrooms have queen beds, and the master bedroom boasts a king-size bed. Outdoor fun awaits with a patio, backyard, and grill ready for BBQs. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off sand after beach visits. Parking is available on the concrete driveway. Located in a quiet part of the Bolivar Peninsula, near Crystal Beach, this home is situated on a street block with only four houses. It's just a few steps to the beach, offering direct access and stunning ocean views. A short drive south into Crystal Beach provides access to shops, a grocery store, and restaurants. While a car is recommended for getting around, the beach is easily walkable in under a minute. Maximum occupancy is 10 people. Grilling is permitted only on the patio area downstairs; grilling on the deck is prohibited. Guests are responsible for locksmith/re-key costs if a key is lost or the code is forgotten, unless the issue is due to a lock/smart-lock failure or the host's error. Bug spray is highly recommended due to mosquitos. Please rinse sand off at the outdoor shower or water hoses before entering the house and leave sandy shoes on the deck. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet to avoid damaging the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains.
