A mandatory resort fee of $20 USD per day, per property is required by Regal Palms Resort, paid upon check-in, which grants full access to all resort amenities. Located in the heart of Davenport, just minutes from Disney World, Regal Palms Resort is a gated community offering the perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and fun for the whole family. Enjoy resort-style amenities including a tropical swimming pavilion with a lazy river, water slide, and heated pools. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 6:00 AM. Failure to comply with any of the terms will result in the eviction of the guest from the property, without compensation or refund. If it is discovered that a pet has been in the home, there is an automatic charge of $450.00 to cover the cost of professionally cleaning all carpets and upholstery. The minimum fine for smoking is $500.00. Placing carts outside the property other than on specified days and/or failing to store back carts the same day after collection will incur a $100.00 charge. If there is excess trash on departure due to not putting trash out, there will be a $50.00 pickup charge.
