According to the condo rules, information about guests must be provided to the condo management prior to their arrival, including every guest's name, ID details, vehicle and license plate numbers (if parking is required). Guests whose names or ID do not match the information given are not allowed into the building. If smoking occurs inside, there is damage to the unit, or other house rules are violated, the $200 deposit will not be refunded. The unit is equipped with video surveillance to the front door only and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. The partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests exceeds the number specified in the reservation. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the unit or building. If the alarm is triggered and the smell of any type of smoke is discovered, the partner has the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you a $150 service call and $200 cleaning fees.
