Free parking is available to all guests in the garage, on the driveway, and on the streets. House-trained pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). An additional nightly rate of $29 will be applied for each guest exceeding six.

Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. A noise alert device is installed in the home to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded. The backyard features a swimming pool, a basketball hoop, a fire pit, and a patio with a BBQ grill, but the spa heating element and jets are inoperable. Plenty of body towels are offered, but feel free to bring your own pool towels if you'd like.
