Parking for 2 cars maximum is available at the property and the parking fee is included in the total amount. Local attractions include Gulf State Park, Waterville USA, Alabama Gulf Coast Zoo, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge, Pleasure Island Parasail, The Track Family Fun Park, and The Wharf at Orange Beach. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. Smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. Any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus the cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation. For same-day late check-ins, you need to get the host's approval before booking. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. No parties or events are allowed. Violators will be charged a $500 fine. Pets are not allowed.
