The property distance to the main clubhouse is around 20 minutes walking. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. A fee of half of the nightly rate will be due if you fail to vacate the property by 10:00 AM on the check-out day. Smoking is prohibited in the house or patio/pool area, and any signs of smoking will incur an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax. Guests are responsible for keeping the pool area secure and for any damage or irregularities reported within 24 hours of arrival.
