Enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi with speeds up to 250mbps, although wireless speeds may vary. Baby items such as a Pack n' Play and stroller are complimentary for all stays. Pets are welcome with a fee of $250 for one pet and $150 for each additional pet. A pool heater is available for $35 per day with a minimum of 3 consecutive days. Extra services such as early check-in, late check-out, mid-stay cleanings, and grill rental are optional and not included in the reservation price. Please check prices and availability. The property is approximately a 9-minute walk to the main clubhouse. The property is 100% smoke-free, and a non-refundable fee of $250 will be charged for any signs of smoking. Grills are not allowed on the property. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. Late check-out must be authorized in advance and is only available until 4 PM, after which a full night rate is due. The screen doors of the pool enclosure area are padlocked for safety and security, with access only for pool cleaning staff once a week. The property has a regular pest control service, but sightings of wildlife or pests may occur, and no refunds will be made for this.
