A $250 smoke remediation fee or the actual cost of remediation, whichever is higher, will be assessed. Only those guests stated on the reservation are allowed on the property without prior consent. Unauthorized parties and/or events will be grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. Please do not tamper with any security devices on the premises (inside or out). Doing so, can result in termination of your reservation and/or a fine of at least $100 or the cost of remediation. Sharing of door codes and/or building fobs without prior authorization is grounds for immediate termination of your reservation without a refund. No unregistered animals will be allowed on the property at any time. Lost or non-return of building fob = $250/fob. Lost or non-return of garage remote = $300/remote. Lost or non-return of parking pass = $100.
