Additional amenities include a private washer and dryer and driveway parking for up to two vehicles. While 1–2 closets are reserved, the rest of the villa is fully yours to enjoy. Early check-in and late check-out are possible, subject to availability and with an associated fee. The Reserve at Lake Travis is a private luxury community where lake life meets upscale comfort. Located just west of Austin along the sparkling south shore of Lake Travis, this exclusive retreat offers the perfect blend of tranquility, adventure, and refined living. With direct access to Lake Travis—a 64-mile stretch of clear, unrestricted water—you're free to boat, swim, wakeboard, water ski, or cruise at your own pace. Explore the best of Central Texas with nearby championship golf courses, over 125 shops and restaurants at the Hill Country Galleria, or a bite at one of the area’s cozy, local diners. The vibrant music, food, and nightlife of downtown Austin are just a scenic 45-minute drive away. Occupancy is limited to 10 guests, and the primary guest must be at least 25 years old and present for the entire reservation. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not allowed in the premises, and the minimum smoking fee is $250, but the total charge may be higher if the property's condition renders it temporarily unrentable. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 7 am. No parties or unauthorized events are allowed. Fireworks are not allowed. If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. If you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $100 replacement fee per key. There is an exterior camera for security purposes only; please do not tamper with it, as fees may apply. Additional fees may be incurred if personal items are left behind. Please do not set the thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. As you may know Texas is known for its bug inhabitants. Rest assured, we take proactive measures to manage this, and it shouldn't pose a problem during your stay. To help us keep them outside, please keep all windows and doors closed. If you are experiencing issues please feel free to use the bug spray underneath the sink.
