The kitchen, fully remodeled in 2025, is equipped with white shaker cabinets, sleek white subway tile, a farmhouse sink, ample counter space, a gas oven and stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, under-counter ice maker, microwave, small appliances, cookware, dishes, and coffee makers for both standard drip coffee drinkers and Keurig connoisseurs. The backyard inspires relaxation with a fully fenced-in yard, a large pool and paver deck, dining and seating areas, and a propane grill (propane provided). Pool heating is available for an additional fee during the chillier months. A six-passenger golf cart is included for trips booked and staying October 2025 through March 1 2026, for trips of 4 days or more. Golf cart driver must be a licensed and insured driver over age 25. This home is pet friendly with a one-time $325 fee (this includes emotional support animals). Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, in the desirable Kokomo Cove neighborhood, this home is directly across from the Destin Commons, with shopping, entertainment, and restaurants. The Silver Sands Outlets are a few minutes' drive East, offering more shopping, restaurants, and a play area for kids. There are plenty of public beach accesses close by within walking or golf cart distance. This home is about 1/2 block from gated beach access. Spring break/student groups (any group under 25 years old) are not permitted at any time. Parties and events are not permitted. Only ADA-recognized service animals are exempt from the pet fee, and notification must be given prior to arrival. Impersonation of a service animal is a crime in the state of Florida and will not be tolerated. Check-in is at 4 pm and checkout is at 10 am Central Standard Time. Canopies and tents are not permitted to be used in the beach area due to HOA rules.
