Pets are allowed. Additional guest fee of $25 per guest will apply for guests beyond the 6 occupancy, which covers additional costs associated with increased occupancy, including water, electricity, and laundry.

Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the home at any time and is only permitted in a designated smoking area in the driveway outside. Please pick up and throw away your cigarette butts. No parties or events beyond the maximum guest capacity of 10 people. Please place all trash into 30-gallon trash bags and place in the trash cans outside to avoid attracting bears and raccoons. Please drive slowly and safely, with a speed limit of 10 miles per hour, and watch for pedestrians, children, and wildlife at all times. Only flush toilet paper and human waste down the toilets, as the house operates on a septic system. Covered trash bins are provided in all bathrooms for any other items. The home should be locked and the garage door closed whenever all guests leave the property. Please report maintenance issues and damages immediately to your host. Please return everything to where you found it.
