Undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person if not disclosed. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug, tamper with, or cover any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks; fees will apply. No unlawful use of our home is permitted, including illegal activities or substances. Please keep pets off the beds, comforters, and sofas to avoid extra cleaning or replacement fees if bedding, towels, carpets, or furniture are stained, chewed, or covered in heavy fur. All pets must be declared, and undeclared pets will incur a $200 fee per pet.
