It's just 10-15 minutes from the beaches and all things San Diego. Public transit is very close, and you can walk to downtown in 5-10 minutes. Guests have full access to the condo, underground parking space, and shared areas like laundry and courtyard. Shoes off upon entry and quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 9 a.m. No parties allowed and undeclared guests will be charged $65 per person. Smoking indoors will incur a $200 charge. Do not unplug or tamper with any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, or locks as fees will apply. No unlawful use of the home is permitted. Use coasters and trivet mats to prevent damage to surfaces. Garbage disposal should not include metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up. Even though this is a quiet condo building, we are not responsible for the actions of the neighbors and no refunds will be given based on external noise.
