Bringing extra people without prior approval will result in those people being asked to leave or the reservation being terminated immediately without refund, and there will be a $100 charge per guest per day for unregistered guests. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 7 am. Any event that triggers a noise complaint beyond an acceptable level will be subject to a $500 security visit fee and the reservation will be immediately terminated without a refund. Tampering or breaking the outside camera in any way, including disabling, covering, or blocking, will result in a $350 maintenance repair fee and immediate eviction from the property without a refund. There is zero tolerance for smoking or vaping inside of the unit, and the reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation and a $500 deep cleaning fee. A violation fee of $150 will apply if the front door is left open or unlocked at any time. There is a $100 fee for unauthorized late checkouts applied for checkouts later than 10:00 AM. If unauthorized checkout is later than 11:00 AM, an extra $200 fee per hour will be charged in addition to any charges that may have impacted the following booking. No street parking is allowed due to City Parking Regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 cars in the garage and 2 cars in the driveway. With each additional guest beyond the first six, a $29/night fee will be applied.
