The Mesquite Golf Club is 15 minutes away.
Smoking of any type is not allowed, and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The fireplace is gas operated and should only be used by those familiar with its proper use, and should not be left unattended. No street parking is allowed due to city parking regulations. The maximum number of cars allowed are 2 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. A noise alert device has been installed to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
