No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed. Violators will be reported to the police, and the contract will be terminated immediately. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
