Guests must submit a request at least a day or two before accessing the common amenities. Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance. Amenities are not for commercial use. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Unapproved late checkout will result in a $50 charge for every hour after the scheduled checkout time. There is a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. No weapons, firearms, drugs, or illegal sexual activity of any sort are allowed. Violators will be reported to the police, and the contract will be terminated immediately. Smoking inside or outside on the patio/balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment.
