If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No cats are allowed. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund, and guests are responsible for any extra cleaning or damages. No underage consumption or drugs are permitted. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. You will be charged $150 for late checkout without prior notice.
