The freshly remodeled bathroom is fully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment has decibel readers that track noise levels outside and there is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. No indoor smoking is allowed, with a minimum $500 charge for extra cleaning. Smoking outside is permitted. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late checkout without prior notice. Guests are kindly reminded to remove their shoes when entering the house to help keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt.
