The first bedroom offers a comfortable queen bed, the second a fun bunk bed set, and the third another cozy queen bed. For those who enjoy cooking, the kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials you need, excluding consumables. The bathroom features a sleek shower/tub insert for your convenience. A maximum of 2 dogs are allowed for a flat fee of $125 per stay. Requests to bring a 3rd or 4th dog are subject to approval and will incur an additional $100 fee. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to reservation cancellation without refund. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. The property also features a hot tub with a cleanliness fine of $250 if not maintained properly. Smoking outside is permitted. As a guest, you’ll receive complimentary access to Rye Beach Park Association, a beautiful private beach area just a short distance from the property. Enjoy the sandy shoreline, swimming areas, and picnic spots. Passes will be provided before your stay and are required for entry. Be courteous to neighbors and keep the noise to a minimum when outside. There is a $500 fine for excessive noise levels between 10pm and 8am. If smoking of any kind takes place inside, there will be a minimum charge of $500 for extra cleaning. No underage consumption or drugs are allowed. No parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $150 fee will be charged for late check-out without prior notice. Please remove your shoes when entering the house to keep the space clean and comfortable for everyone. The basement is not accessible to guests. A laptop computer is not included in the home office set-up. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank for the grill if needed, but reimbursement is available with a receipt. If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal.
