There is a strict no-smoking and no-drugs policy inside or outside the property. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM, and excessive noise during this time should be minimized. The property can accommodate a maximum of 13 guests, and only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines up to $300 or termination of the reservation without refund. The villa offers a remote work-friendly environment with Wi-Fi available throughout the property. A laptop computer is not included.
