Ample indoor and outdoor dining areas, along with outdoor loungers, provide comfortable spaces for relaxation and socializing. Optional pool heating upgrade is available and a damage protection option is required for all reservations, processed through a third-party system prior to arrival. For 1-night reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit. For reservations of 2 nights or more, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night, capped at a maximum of $100. This waiver covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog, with prior written notification and approval required.
