There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit with written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, and be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10pm and before 8am, keeping excessive noise to a minimum during this time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. Check-out time is 10:00 AM, and late departures may result in a fee of up to $300.
