Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property; violations may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests. This home is not baby-proofed. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight unless agreed upon in writing. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited in the community, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Guests are requested to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors when possible. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property, unless firearms are kept locked in a vehicle. Guests must take out the trash upon departure and report damages immediately. Check-out time is 10 AM; late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. This is a self-catering home, and supplies are not refilled during your stay. A starter kit includes shampoo, conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap in each bathroom; enough detergent pods for up to two loads in the laundry room; a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge in the kitchen.
