Located in the beautiful Solterra Resort in Davenport, this vacation home provides easy access to Orlando’s world-famous theme parks, shopping, dining, and entertainment. You’ll be 5 minutes from a supermarket and just 7 minutes from Posner Park with an IMAX theater and a variety of shops and restaurants. Explore Walt Disney World® Resort, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Disney’s Hollywood Studios®, and Epcot®. The area also offers a variety of activities beyond the parks, including outlet shopping, golfing, and winery tours. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed 4 per reservation. Parking can accommodate up to 2 vehicles in the driveway. No parking on the street in front of the house. A pet fee and $150 security deposit is applied for guests who bring a house-trained dog (less than 50 lbs). Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
