There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. We can accommodate a maximum of 18 guests at any given time. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. Number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors by keeping excessive noise to a minimum after 10 PM and before 8 AM. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
