The neighborhood itself is a very peaceful area with cottage-style homes that delight with their historical architecture. Memorial Park lies south of the neighborhood, allowing all visitors to engage in fun outdoor activities. A short 7-minute drive will take you to the beautiful Memorial Park, a vast urban park known for its trails, golf course, and recreational activities. Additionally, a 15-minute drive will lead you to the famous Minute Maid Park, home of the Houston Astros baseball team. Only registered guests are allowed, and no parties or large gatherings are permitted. A $500 fine applies for indoor smoking violations, so please smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly. The pool is professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool and kiddie pool are not heated. Landscaping is done once a week, and two security cameras are installed outside for security. The fireplace is out of order, and there is no cable available.
