This fully remodeled home offers an awesome front porch with a view of the gates of McCallie School. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with a large smart TV and a couch with a queen pullout. The table with seating for four sits just off the fully equipped kitchen that is ready for all your cooking needs. The master bedroom features a king-size bed, desk, and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has two full beds, and the third and fourth bedrooms both have a queen bed. There is a shared full bathroom in the hallway. The backyard is partially fenced and features a grill and picnic table. Parking at our home is limited to two vehicles, one in front of the other, as the driveway is shared with neighbors. This home is right next to McCallie School, 5 minutes to Chattanooga Zoo, 10 minutes to the Tennessee Aquarium and 15 minutes to Ruby Falls. Uber and Lyft are readily available. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. If our cleaning crew reports any signs of smoking cigarettes, vapes, e-cigs, pipes, etc. (smell, ash, etc.) in or around the home, an automatic $500 damage charge will be incurred. The same charge applies if cigarette butts are found outside of the home. If marijuana is smoked in or around the home a $500 fee will be charged, and details about the reservation may be turned over to the appropriate authorities. Parties are prohibited at the home. If you violate quiet hours and disturb the neighbors, we will cancel your reservation; you will be required to leave the property immediately and you will not be eligible for any refunds. You will be responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during your stay. There is a $100 charge for third-party trash removal if an excessive amount of trash is left at the property. Pets are permitted at this home, and you will be responsible for cleaning up all evidence of your pet at the property, including fur inside the home and waste from the yard. Includes a desk.
