Pets must be leashed when not inside or in the fenced-in backyard. You must pick up after your pet, or a penalty of $75 per incident will apply. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $250 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside, and if cleaners determine smoking has taken place, a $250 penalty will apply. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will apply.
