This cabin sleeps 14 and includes an indoor pool with an option to add heat, a hot tub, an indoor fireplace, and a game room with a pool table. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances and cooking basics. There is also a spacious living area. If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please request it in writing a week prior to check-in. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of usage. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. Located in Sequoia Heights Resort, just one mile from the main parkway, this cabin places you close to top attractions. Great Smoky Mountains National Park is 10 miles away, with destinations like the Hollywood Wax Museum, Ripley's Super Fun Park, and Dollywood all within a short drive. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum occupancy is 9 guests at any given time. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to 2 cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the cabin. Check-out time is 10:00 AM. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time, you may incur a fee of up to $300.
