A pet fee is applied for guests bringing a dog, subject to up to a $150 security deposit, and requires written notification and host approval. Late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Check-out time is 10 AM. The home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between each guest. Guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit for 1-night reservations, or may choose between a $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at $100) for reservations of 2 nights or more. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and may result in towing or fines. Guests are asked to wipe shoes at the door and remove shoes indoors when possible. No fireworks or firearms are allowed on the property. Additional guidelines are posted within the home. Guests are asked to take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Damages must be reported immediately. The host reserves the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any house rules.
