Storey Lake Resort is a gated master-planned resort community that offers convenient access to fine-dining restaurants, spas, health centers, clinics, local transport stations, and shopping destinations all within a short distance drive. The community clubhouse offers a community swimming pool, full-service restaurant, tiki bar, splash pad, sand volleyball, and mini-golf. Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit for one house-trained dog with written notification and approval. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars can park in front of the unit in the parking lot. If you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10:00 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10:00 PM and before 8:00 AM and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time. No fireworks of any kind. No firearms on property, unless kept locked in vehicle. Report damages immediately.
