A hallway from the living room leads to three of the four bedrooms and a full bathroom. The first bedroom has a full bed, the second has two full beds, and the third has one full bed with an attached half bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances, essential cookware, and dinnerware, is accessible through the living room. A large farm table with two benches and two chairs provides ample dining space. Beyond the kitchen, you'll find the second full bathroom with a stand-up shower and a washer and dryer tucked away in the closet. The fourth bedroom, located across from this bathroom, features a queen bed. Outside, a grill and firepit are available for your enjoyment. A pack 'n play/travel crib is available upon request. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee. Pets must be crated when left unattended and are not allowed on furniture or beds. All waste must be cleaned from the yard. While Uber, Lyft, and other taxi services are available, driving is encouraged to explore the surrounding area. Guests must be at least 21 years of age to rent this property. Smoking is prohibited, and any signs of smoking will incur a $500 damage charge. Parties are not allowed, and quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM. Violating quiet hours may result in cancellation of your reservation without a refund. Guests are responsible for any damage to the home or its furnishings during their stay. Excessive trash left at the property will incur a $100 charge for third-party removal.
