This modern townhome features a spacious and inviting layout with a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space. The open living space is a perfect area for relaxing after work and exploring the area. A pet fee of $90 will be charged if you bring pet(s). Located just a 20-minute drive from the historic charm of Savannah, this home provides easy access to the shopping and restaurants in Pooler. Major employers such as Gulfstream and Hyundai are also within close reach, making this an ideal spot for all travelers. Enjoy community amenities including a resort-style pool, a fully equipped gym, a kids playground, walking trails, and a beautiful lake. Please be respectful of the property and the neighbors in this quiet family neighborhood. Refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed; a $200 fee will charged if evidence is found in your home. Locals must contact host prior to booking and let us know they are locals. Leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean; no food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed, and no refunds are issued for late check-in or early departure. Identity verification is required on all guests age 18 years or older, and a completed profile is needed. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. We provide one set of towels per person. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself. There is a 3 car max capacity, with 1 in the front and 2 in the back. Do not park in the spaces in front of other houses. You can only park on one side of the street; on even months you can park on the right side of the street, and on odd months on the left side. Parties, events, or gatherings are prohibited, and do not exceed the house capacity. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed; additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed.
