Sustained noise over 80 dB for 5+ minutes triggers alerts, and repeated violations may result in fines up to $2,500 and removal. No parties or events are allowed, and only registered guests are permitted. Unauthorized guests may result in fines and cancellation without refund. Failure to disclose pets or pay applicable fees may result in additional charges or cancellation. The primary guest must be 21+, and guests under 21 may book with a one-time $49 fee.
