Valet service is the sole parking option if you are staying for less than 21 days, with a daily valet fee of $48, payable directly to the building. If you are staying 21 days or longer, residential parking can be set-up for a $200 fee for one parking spot for the entire duration of your stay, and the parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in. An Enterprise rental car company is located within the retail lobby for added convenience. Nestled in the vibrant Edgewater neighborhood, The Grand offers easy access to Miami’s most iconic destinations. South Beach is just a short drive away, offering shopping, dining, and nightlife. Wynwood, known for its vibrant street murals and eclectic restaurants, is also nearby. Explore the luxury shops at Brickell City Center or the designer stores in the Design District. The Arsht Center and Kaseya Center are located just blocks away, and downtown Miami nightlife is within walking distance. Building Management has strict occupancy rules of 2 adults only (16 years of age and older) plus 2 children, and there are no exceptions to the occupancy amount. Smoking is not permitted inside the apartment under any circumstances, but is allowed on the balcony with all doors closed. If there is evidence of smoking indoors, a minimum $500 fine will be applied plus costs for odor removal and deep cleaning. The building is currently undergoing renovations that may cause moderate noise between 9 AM and 4 PM, Monday through Friday. The main lobby and front motor lobby are currently closed, though temporary pathways have been created for access. Residential elevators no longer stop at the main lobby, and service elevators must be used to reach the ground level. The residential swimming pool is temporarily closed for necessary repairs and renovations; however, the jacuzzi, pool deck, and solarium remain open. A limited number of daily passes to the Marriott Hotel pool are available on a first-come, first-served basis and must be returned after each use. If any streaming devices or remotes are missing from the apartment after your departure, you will be charged $100 per missing item.
