Smoking is absolutely prohibited. Parties and events are not allowed. Please do not park under the house, only on the driveway, and be careful not to hit the pilings. Do not engage in any illegal activities on the property. Avoid leaving food out that may attract pests. Maintain a good level of cleanliness throughout your stay. Please do not move any furniture, indoor or outdoor. Grill downstairs on the patio area only; grilling on the deck is prohibited. Rinse sand off in the shower under the house after visiting the beach and leave sandy shoes on the deck by the front door. Do not flush feminine hygiene products or anything other than expected items down the toilet to avoid damaging the septic system. Do not pour grease down the drains. Keep noise to a minimum during nighttime hours. Please lock doors upon departure. Guests asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior will not receive a refund for lost days. In case of tropical storm/hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. If evacuation is necessary during the stay, guests will be credited for lost days. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty; swimming is at visitor's own risk.
