Maximum occupancy is 8 people. Any additional people must be pre-approved prior to final reservation. Only registered guests are allowed at the house. Absolutely no smoking and no parties or events. Grill downstairs on the patio area only and clean the grill after use. If guests are asked to leave due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be given for lost days. If renter must cancel due to tropical storm or hurricane evacuation requirements, a full refund will be given. The beaches at Crystal Beach have no lifeguards on duty. Swimming is at visitor’s own risk.
