Unwind after a powder day in the spacious living area with plush seating and a large smart TV. There is also an in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer. Warm and designed for comfort in every season. A two-car garage is available for guest use, handy for skis and gear. Pets are allowed at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. This apartment is close to Salt Lake City International Airport, Downtown SLC, Snowbird Resort, Alta, and Solitude. It is also near the University of Utah, Vivint Arena, Salt Palace Convention Center, Smith's Ballpark, Thanksgiving Point, Lagoon Amusement Park, Alta Ski Area, and Deer Valley Resort. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. There is a trash valet service that will open the garage, roll the bins to the curb, and roll them back after pick-up. You may hear them during your stay. Includes a desk and chair for remote work between ski days.
