Enjoy the bright living room with a U-shaped sofa and a smart TV for streaming. Beach towels and chairs are included for your convenience. Weekly cleaning is available on Wednesdays with gate access. Super close to the beach and tons of restaurants, this home offers a great location with easy access to everything. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM, meaning no loud noise of any kind. Parties are never allowed. If cleaning determines that smoking has taken place inside the property, a $250 penalty will be charged.
