Situated to the Northeast of downtown, this location places you close to all the vibrant hot spots that Austin has to offer, and is .3 miles from Downtown, .6 miles from UT Campus, 3 miles from Rainy St. District and Eastside station, and 12 miles from The Domain. Maximum occupancy is 6 guests. Pets are not allowed. Smoking, fireworks, parties, and events are not allowed. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM. Please be very cautious with the window blinds. Some go the opposite way of the others due to door handle placements. We kindly request that you remain mindful of noise levels during your stay, as Unit A is privately owned and unavailable for rent. The primary guest must be at least 21 years old and present for the entirety of the reservation. In the event that you need to use the hard key, we kindly request that you place it back in the lockbox before departing. Failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). To avoid overloading the system, please adjust the thermostat by no more than 2 degrees per hour and keep the doors and windows closed as much as possible. It’s cricket season here in Texas, so you may notice a few more of them around. To help keep them outside, we recommend keeping windows and doors closed, especially in the evenings.
