No unauthorized guests are allowed at the unit, and there is a $100 fine per guest if discovered. Smoking is prohibited without exception on this property. If any signs of smoking are found in the unit or on the premises, a fine of $500 will be imposed. If you are found to have brought pets without prior notification, there will be a $500 fee. There may be an extra charge for cleaning if the property is left in a state that necessitates additional cleaning. Lost or unreturned keys cost $80 for key replacements and $150 for key fob replacements. For delayed checkout, there will be a $500 late checkout fee. If a lockbox is provided, it must be kept locked at all times.
