No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed (exterior video surveillance may be used to monitor activity). Smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are prohibited on the property; smoking is allowed outside the home only. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed unless under the reservation guest count; a $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each, subject to a charge per occasion and per broken rule separately.
