The condominium association has a strict no-pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. Quiet hours are enforced with Noise ware technology, and violators of the no parties or events policy will incur a $500 fine. Surveillance and security cameras are on-site. A photo ID is required after booking to confirm the stay.
