Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. Guests risk heavy fees from the city for any noise violation during this time. In addition, any guests outside of the reservation must vacate the property during this time. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch. If evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. No pets are allowed on the property at any time. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged the additional fee of $100/hr. An attempt to remove, tamper with, or disconnect the internet to cameras may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
