Downtown St. Augustine is a short 3 to 5-minute drive away, and Vilano Beach is just a 10-minute drive from the home. Experience flavorful dining, art, and culture with an abundance of entertainment right on your doorstep. From the Castillo de San Marcos National Monument to the Ripley’s Believe It or Not Museum, there is something for everyone. The best way to get around St. Augustine is with your own car or in a rental, with free parking included with your stay. Guests can also use rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft or call a taxi. Once in the city center, many of St. Augustine's shops, restaurants, art galleries, and attractions sit within the historic city center, making it easy to get around on foot.
Quiet hours are between 9 pm and 8 am. The minimum age to book is 25, and the primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. If you have more guests on the premises than you have notated in your reservation, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee. This home is not suitable for bachelor/bachelorette parties, wedding parties, receptions, or any other large group gathering. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and evidence of smoking will result in an additional cleaning fee. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50 per hour. Additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of, and the fee is $50 per pile.
