The minimum age to book is 25. The primary guest on the reservation must be present for the duration of the stay. No parties or large group gatherings are permitted. Any guests visiting outside of the reservation must be approved prior to their arrival. The home has an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises.
